IT Department Manager Mr. Tan Jian Xin and other ERP system engineers delivered ERP system process training to VSI’s ERP operators in the 2nd floor conference room 1:00pm-3:00pm from November 9 to November 13, 2004. Introduction of preliminary ERP theory and training on related system process analysis were also delivered to all ERP operators of WVS. In addition, exploration and explanation were made regarding ERP computer software application skills and frequently asked questions.

Today, enterprise leaderships concern the operations of the ERP system and the training of the system operators. In a market of intense competition, ERP management software is and will be an indispensable powerful instrument in manufacturing operations as it integrates enterprise management concept, business processes, basic data, manpower and material resources into the combination of computer hardware and software. To ensure the accuracy, timeliness and effectiveness of the data it generates, we need not only to follow up and refine software system development to satisfy the management demand of the Company, but also to enhance the proficiency of managerial staffs of all levels in ERP theories and principles, and strengthen the training of the first-level operators to familiarize them with the operating principles and the standard operating procedure of the system.
